Policy

How manuscripts are reviewed

Manuscripts submitted to Digital Deployment and Innovation Technology are normally subject to double-blind peer review by at least two independent external reviewers, except in exceptional cases where suitable reviewers cannot be secured after two rounds of invitation (typically within 4–6 weeks), in which case the Editor-in-Chief conducts an editorial evaluation and renders the final decision.
